I had purchased this last year for general office work. Following are the points because of which I would not recommend it to anyone:
it is cheap in looks.
touchpad stopped working in a few months.
it is pretty slow
it hangs often
there is no chance of upgrading the CPU anytime in the future
even basic Microsoft programs work really slow even when there are no background applications running and the laptop has no extra stuff installed.
Hence I think it offers zero value for money.
