I bought this laptop last year n 5 months after the purchase, the mother board went dead. at service center maha electronics at bangalore it was replaced. within a week the mother board again went dead and was sent to service center for replacement. next there was a problem with the processor n it was changed. frequently the laptop shuts down and once in every ten days.
I have to go to the service center. there is some problem with the ram. now when the time of expiry of warranty is nearing they are suggesting me to buy an extended warranty. I had written to the management in HP but no one has come to my help. The customer care executive has asked me to talk to the manager at maha to escalate the case to higher officials as it is already four times in a month that it has been sent to the service center, but he doesn’t listen to me. I dont suggest you to buy this laptop and go through the harassment like me.
