Hi friends, we have recently bought this printer for our company use.
We had a bad experience in this printer.
It takes too much time to print the pages. for black and white it takes 10 to 15 sec and for colour it takes 25 sec.
After using the printer it becomes very heat.
Ink is not that much good.
After using for long days, the sound comes from printer and it starts increasing day by day.
It has WiFi connecting facilities but not connected sometimes due to connectivity issue.
Service is very bad. service engineers don’t know to identify the problems correctly.
printing speed is very slow. I am not satisfied with the speed.
I had lost my money . It is not valuable.
Don’t purchase this company printer
