About troubleshooting 3820

Hi friends,

The information in this article applies to printing to HP Deskjet printers from Microsoft Internet Explorer versions 5.5 and 6.

When printing Web pages that contain tables, which are wider than the print area, the right side of the table may not print, and a second page that should include the missing part of the table may not be printed.

This failure to print information from the right side of the Web page may also occur with text and graphics, as well as in tables.

To print the entire page, first reduce the page margins. If reducing the page margins does not correct the issue, print the page in Landscape mode to increase the printable area.

Reduce the margins

Click File, then click Page Setup.

Under Margins, type 0 (zero) in the Left box and the Right box.

Click OK.

Print the page again.

Print the page in Landscape

Click File, then click Page Setup.

Under Orientation, click Landscape.

Click OK.

Print the page again.

Tell me do you find this article useful or not.

Bye for now.

Rajpal.
