I got my deskjet in 1997 along with my computer.I use it ocassionally, and boy o boy the catridges last long!The only glitch is that
u got to use it regularly, if not the ink dries up at the nozzle, but otherwise this is a great entry level home printer.The service offered is reliable, and it hardly ever gives problems.I haven’t faced a single problem till date!The speed of printing is also quite good, the color print outs are very much acceptable, considering this an entry level printer.This dosen’t disappoint you on any front.
It’s a little noisy though, but thats ok.Expect a trouble free performance.
You might find the cost of the catridges is a little bit high, but they come with a head, so you can’t complain.It’s like getttin a new printer every time u get a catridge.(unlike other printers, who have heads fixed inside)
