I had purchased this printer from NY friend second hand. He told that it is working properly so I purchased it for my day to day use. After two months it got damaged suddenly. My friend has used it only for six months. The product is in warranty I had approached service Centre they told it is a old model and cannot be repaired. I was shocked to hear that. This model cost is very high now my money is lost. Why HP then close the selling of old products every company does this. My Rs 3000 is wasted in that printer. It can be sold as scrap. The major problem here is ink leakage due to which page which are printed have ink spot on it and sometimes paper don’t go inside the printer. As the model is open and not packed the ink get dry within ten days. The slot is faulty. My laptop don’t detect this printer. I suggest you not to buy this product and go for other substitution.
