This is my second printer. First I was using epson printer. Must say that hp’s printers are much better than epson. The print and scan quality of this printer is good. It can print many pages more than my epson printer where I always had to refill my cartridge. Another positive point of this printer is that it consumes low energy than epson printer. The only cons that I found out is that HP does not provide proper customer support. I think they should try to improve it.
