I bought this printer almost a year back, it was working fine. I started using it as per the User Manual instructions and also after having consumed about 230 odd prints using both colour and black cartridges initially had to change the factory provided cartridges within the printer and bought the same HP print cartridge from authorized dealers and have started using the printer again at about another 210 and odd prints exactly after the warranty period the printer copy function does not work.
I have spend about Rs.8000 to purchase this product and now I believe it is of pure waste. kindly go thru reviews and I would suggest users to read reviews on products and continue writing reviews after a stipulated period of time so that we dont loose our hard earned money on such products. I have read on mouthshut itself that it is always good to go by reviews even on you tube and also it is an appeal to all users when buying such products never trust products that are introduced into markets and buy them with closed eyes always go for extended warranty since we can avoid carrying the product to and fro after the warranty period towards service centers and wasting out both precious time and money
