I want to tell my experience about this printer. Before buying this printer I got wondered by seeing it extra functions and features. I bought this printer through online. In the pictures it showed good design of the printer and I thought this should be the good one.
When I got this printer I really got shocked. Because it is not same as in the online shopping site. And its design was entirely different and was little difficulty to keep this in my room. Because it was little bit bigger than which I expected.
For one month I was very happy with the product. Paper handling was good and too speed. Because I could taken many print outs whatever I wanted. But after two months it became slow down and took 1 hour for getting printout for 5 pages. Before I used the ink jet for 2 months but later I could use the ink jet only for 2 weeks. It was absorbing the ink in double amount and the printing letters became more blackish which is in unreadable condition.
I called the customer care and complained them. They told to resend the printer but it was not free of cost and doubled the amount of this printer. So I took this printer to nearby technician but he told the machine is totally damaged and can’t do anything.
Now I can’t use this printer and searching for buying new one. I am not satisfied with their service and support. They didn’t even repair my printer with free of cost.
