Hi this is Sudhir I bought this printer last year , Hp is an well known company but this time this product totally disappointed me . Initially the printer works normally but after sometime its procsessing unit becomes too slow that it starts taking 10 mins just to print 5 pages . I got so much frustrated from all of this so I contacted their customer service they had given me the assurance to repair it in 4-5 days but nobody comes . I suggest you to buy other good printers in same price range
