Bought this product in MAY 2017, in July it’s wireless local area network stopped operating( only two months from the purchase). Complained to horsepower.
Since this might not be resolved on-line, AN engineer was sent couldn’t connect and selected transferral a wireless card throughout future visit. throughout future visit, another engineer had been sent according to him the logic card had been burnt and can therefore not be lined underneath warranty. the belief by the engineer was that there might need been a voltage surge or lightning that would have resulted during this.
I live in an lodging complicated complex with its own electrical device - the possibilities of a voltage fluctuation is token and would ideally have an effect on everybody if it happened.
When I queried however such a voltage surge would have an effect on the wireless perform of the logic card solely whereas the remainder of the elements area unit purposeful, there was no clear response. Poor Service.
