Hi Friends, Today I am going to share my personal opinion on the’Hp Deskjet Ink Tank Gt 5820 Multi Function Printer’. My cousin have bought this for his daily work. The main purpose to buy this printer is that its low cost.
Printer looking is good while we bought this. Quite well in design as well. Prices of cartridges are very high of this product. so need to used it properly on your own risk. If you buy both cartridges, (Black and color cartridges) you will be spending around two thousand rupees. This printer is not economical one. Its paper handling speed was decrease on day by day use. If you are new customer to use this product, So you will get handled it properly as its not a user friendly to access.
Scanning is not easy to handle and print outs were not coming in perfect black color sometimes. We need to restart the printer again and again if we face such kind of problem. Performance wise its not useful product for daily basis. After every 15 days you will get notified that’Low ink running’ message, so if we want the urgent documents on that time, so it will not work at all. We need to invest a lots of money on its maintenance and efficiency. I am not satisfied with the services and support provide by this company, they always delay to provide their support and never response to your phone calls. So they need to improve on this all stuffs.
Overall its not a worth product to used, So I will not recommend this to anyone, Please go for another options like HP, Epson etc. I hope my review will helpful for you to take right decision.
