I was purchased this laptop last year from eBay for 71000. With 8gb ram 1tb HDD and 2gb graphics it made for gaming. I am hard core gamer. I played call of duty, battlefield without an issues. I got McAfee 1 year full subscription for free. Also got free upgrade to windows 10. I got warranty period for 12 months and befor my warranty comes to end my laptop screen corners goes white spots. When I contacted to HP service center for replacement of screen they had taken request and sent engineer for repairing. Engineer check and sent reports to HP for replacement as its internal damage. I had received a mail from HP after 2 days stating this isuue is due to internal damage and you have to pay 12000 and find the attached quotation. Again I reached to HP and ask them why should I pay for replacement of screen while screen was damaged within expiring of warranty and damage was not done by me confirmed by engineer. I drafted a mail regarding this to HPs MD and HP ready to install my laptops screen for free of cost. Engineer came with new screen but the new screen also damaged and engineer is very honest guy, he called me in my office and gave me the suggestion to wait for 2 days I will return this and bring the new one and get installed this. He does exactly the same. Product is great but service is pathetic.
