My friend buy this laptop. It has a bad experience with this product, Always Charging Issue, It Takes, 3-4 Hours to Charge Completely. and Also It is Having Some Issue with The Hard Drive, My Hard Drive Crashed Many Times, And It just a Garbage for me, Having Some issue with Sound

For me, It was Terrible Experience, So please avoid to Buy HP Envy17 1201tx
