HP is a good hardware maker which includes pendrives, laptop and printers. I purchased this laptop for my office work but I am not satisfied from its overall performance.
I start using it 1 month ago but now it is not working and doesn’t start. I tried very much , give to various local users but no one is able to get started it. When I purchased this from then it is creating problem and it stop working suddenly between its operations but at that time I ignored this problem and start it again to continue.
But now it is very problem creating for me, as last I went to there service center but they said it will take fir than a month as there is some technical problem which should need correct and for that correction your laptop is to send bangalore. I am very irritated as I have to complete by work for the office.
I will say that there services are very slow and very bad also as when I got by laptop then I runs for only 3 days after that it starts creating the same problem and doesn’t work properly.
Finally I will day that the quality of the product is cheap which make it not working properly.
