I am using this HP ENVY LAPTOP from 6mounths and from these 6 mounths I never find any kind of issues according to this laptop the processor and RAM are very huge from which this laptop is out of hanging problem and the battray backup is also excellent upto 3 hours.i will full setisfied from feature and function are in range in the price I will recommend for everyone
