I am using this laptop from about 1 year and beleave me I was obeliged to buy the new dell I 7 because of its bad performance . the main problem with this laptop is when we open or swic h on it takes about 10 minutes to boot up and about one minute you will be unable to refresh also although its battery is working a lott that is more than dell I 7 . the laptop is not slim and very heavy to carry on one place to other place\
