It is good for use.i have a HP laptop of this model and no problem till 4 years. Hardware protection is good.external protection is good and protect for damages. I use this laptop till 4 year no problme occur at that time
It has many feature as others comp. I recomended for all Hp laptop because it good performance for multitasking like programming as well as other software. Service support is good and Acceptable for customer.
