I just wanted to give feedback on the service provided by Ideal Enterprise on Hosur Road. Getting a refill booked and delivered is an impossible task. I booked for a refill one month ago and there was no sign of it. I would have tried calling their listed numbers 30-40 times, but they will not pick up phone.
Finally I got through and found that they had canceled/closed the order as they found ’ Door locked’. The lady then told me they would deliver on the next Monday before 12:30pm. Since I work I took leave on that day to get the gas but they did not deliver! I have still not got the gas refill and have no idea if and when I will receive it.
