Nice...only for business

I have been using an iPAQ Voice messenger since January 2008 and here goes my observation regarding this phone

1.Sound clarity- Good.

2.Build Quality- excellent.i have dropped this phone at least 25 times and till date not much damage- externally.

3.Ease of use- Not as good as Nokia but much easier than Motorola & Sony.

4.Features- good. and easy to use also.Dont need to search too much for the standard stuff.

  1. Camera Quality-Here comes the bad part. The camera is real high- tech. The contrast, White balance, Mode and zoom can be manually adjusted but sadly end product is nwhere close to Sony and even Motorola phones of comparable prize.

6.Sound- good for some ring-tones, barely ok as a music player.

  1. Screen clarity- not very good.the outward facing screen gets easily scratched.

8.Network coverage- the phone is simply awesome in this count. On a trek to the Indo -Nepal border, at a height of 12000 ft, I got signals of 9 networks. 5 Indian, 1 Bangadeshi, 1 Nepalese and 2 signals which looked distinctly Chinese/ Tibetan. The phone performance is simply superb.

  1. Synchronisation with PC- very easy once the required proxies and passwords are set.

10 .GPRS- very complicated. havent been able to access Airtel Live or any other GPRS service till now.

Overall  a very hardy business phone with good network recieving capability. Not much as an entertainment/ Camera phone.
