I am using this printer for my office work. It is just 1 year old and having low efficiency. Initially its performance was better. But now it can print 5-10 pages at a time. When I load more than 10 pages the printer getting stopped and half page remaining in the printer. Then I have to open it and remove cartridge only then the blocked page can be removed. Because of this issue many times delay in work completion occur. Now I am searching for better option.
