I’m using this printer for a year now and it’s started to malfunction. It takes more time to print. Average time for black and white copy is 7-10 seconds and color takes more than 20 seconds which is not really good. Also after using it for 1 hour it’s starts to heat and you’ll get burned smell on the printer. Ink is very bad with this printer some time it won’t print the correct area even though the paper position is correct. It as WIFI function which is the only best feature in this printer and that too won’t connect sometimes due to connectivity issue. After using it for a week, I started to hear weird sounds from the printer while printing and day by day sounds starts to increase. I called HP to troubleshoot it and they said sound is normal and I need to upgrade the printer to avoid sound. They haven’t assisted me, instead they wanted me to buy another one for higher price. This is not good. I stopped using this printer as I got frequent issues and HP was not able to help you. Now, I got a new printer from different company and it’s works fine without any sounds and printing clarity is awesome without any connectivity issue.
