I am Studying in Jain College MBA, Once I visited in Indiranagar Service Centre, they told me it will not cover under extended warranty, but the enginer is asked to pay some bugs he will replace free of cost, its very bad for me to replacing some money to engineer, then they will considered as a warranty then they will replace my lcd, as hp is not aware how they are treating to customer, internal they are taking money from customer and replacing eventhough if your laptop is physically damage, contact front office engineer to Any issues in your laptop, I don’t to know whethear its true hp is not providing under warranty also they will charge, be carefull for hp products know a days they are saying this that lab lab lab lab it will not cover under warranty, my personal suggestion don’t buy any hp laptop, as of my knowledge buy only Sony, Dell, HCL, IBM, Lenovo, . Recently my friend is facing the issue with newly purchased DV6 laptop its really overheating eventhough u can’t touch on bottom case, avoid to purchase hp products, they are cheating to customers.
