Hp officejet Pro 6960 is one of the worst printer ever seen by me. The paper handling is not so good enough, actually it takes double paper at a time while printing. Buy this most of my paper are being wasted.
Now talking about the user friendliness, I must say that it is not so user-friendly because the printer it is not so smooth enough to handle it.
The services that I am getting from HP officejet Pro 6960 is one of the worst services. The service man cannot able to clear the defectiveness of the printer.
Yes the printing speed is good enough but as it takes on the double paper at the time so there is no use of the speed. Most of the papers of mine are wasted.
Talking about the other features, it can print both sides with a good finish. And rest all features are quiet normal as comparing with other printers.
So I can conclude that if if anyone is going to buy the HP officejet Pro 6960 printer then please test check it.
