I had purchased this printer two years back. It is worth Rs 8, 000 and had one year warranty. The overall performance of the printer is not good. It is not a multi function printer. As mentioned in the specification this printer has to be one of the fastest printer. But it takes more time to print. Also the paper handling process of the printer is not good. The paper goes inside but comes blank most of the time. Also there is a continuous ink leaking problem in this printer. This spoil the printer as well as pages. The print is not uniform. Somewhere it is lightly printed while in other parts it is very dark printed. Also there are very few service Centre for this printer in Mumbai. I had called the customer care number but they don’t respond properly. Also they had given me the estimation of Rs 3, 000 for repairing it. I suggest to avoid buying this printer as it will be a waste of money.
