My laptop working smoothly with any lag on high defination games.usually laptops having not good sound quality, but this laptop have good sound system.i contacted customer service care somemany time through mails they resopnded my every mail within 24 hrs . I UPGRADED IT TO WINDOWS10 .best laoptop I am enjoying.
