I purchased this product and wished to change the operating system, and the hp support says that this will support the windows 7
But they are unable to provide the drivers and i logged a case against it but they closed it without any intimation to customer, the hp website having the link of windows 7 drivers for this ab series model but its not complete and the drivers are not working in the same laptop.
i tried to call the customer care but in vain, and also i tried to contact the manager but they are not picking up the phone calls.
they sold the product and dont want to talk to customer, please dont buy HP product...
In other hand i have good experiance with Dell and i am quite happy from last 10 years with my dell laptop.Also the HP laptops doesnot comes with any CD or DVD, you have him for laptop and struggle to download the drivers :-(
