I am facing video stuck problem since I bought it.
No solution from hp team.
It has been 1 month old.
When u play offline hd video at 100% sound, suddenly videos get stucked and u wouldn’t be watch it clearly.
At 50% sound videos play good but increasing in volume to 100% shows the problem in laptop because of the manufacturing defect in all laptops in "AB" series.
My friends also have other model of same series such as ab-214tx, ab-028tx etc.but all r facing with the same problems i.e.video stuck.
Now, hp should refund my money as there is no solution of this problem because hp 3D data protection sensor is not working properly and no software and hardware can fix it because it is a manufacturers defaults.
I have filled a case id and it has been turning over more than 1 months but still didn’t get any appropriate solution from hp team.
I want to advice hp that not to cheat people and not to sell ab-series laptops and withdraw all the ab-series laptops from all over the market and also if hp doesn’t give my refund than I will take help of consumer court.
So guys, don’t buy any laptops of hp pavillion AB series as it has manufacturing defect and can’t be resolved.
