Well depends on the budget.
The ab 522 TX costs INR 58849 and ab 219 TX costs 51499(Flipkart). The ab 522 TX has a 6th Gen Processor, which is not a big improvement to 5th Gen equivalent. The RAM is still a DDR3 8GB. The GPU doubled to 4GB, but is not that worth it because 2GB is quite enough for 720p gaming and the current demanding software’s. Overall there will be some improvement for the 522 tx but not that high.
If you can afford the price, still you can go for the newer one.
