HP laptops have very good service almost everywhere, I purchased this laptop and found no technical faults till now, all the programs are running very nicely and I also used to play games online, The battery backup was also good as compared to other laptops as seen in my hostel when other people use their laptops and after few minutes searching for a plug point. You can watch at least one full movie. I used to charge my laptop fully without any breakdown. complete charging and discharging will increase your battery health.
