I purchased HP laptop before 3 months. I buy expensive one a good quality type. I have a lot of time spend in computer because I have done a lot of work on computer. first 10 to 20 days its running is perfect but slowly slowly the problem will start in this laptop. after 2 hours starting the laptop will hack. Now gradually laptop hanging will increase after 15 or 20 it will again hack. eventually I went market tell him problem but they told you have to go and contact with company I am contact 5 to 6 time but they response any time. I am very dis-heart in this behavior. Then I returned this laptop to market and changed an other company laptop now still changeable laptop running very good and I am very glad to use it. I also prefer you please purchase a quality things don’t looked company name. its not necessary the company name is high so the things is also good. thanks to read my review.
