I purchased this laptop for my personal use, it was good performing from the very 1st time I opened it. The speakers quality is good, sound hears very clear . The screen is ok for normal user but it has HDMI output so you can attach a monitor if ypu require big screen. IT does not get heat up, the windows working fine & I use it for photoshop & it gives good performance in that. Ovrt all this is a must buy product.
