This laptop is great I bought it year ago and still it is has given no maintainance or no repairs and no issues.this laptop is great for office as well home work but it is not good for games which are high graphics comparitively than newer laptops.this laptop highly reliable for confidential documents due to drop box and backup features.I am very
satisfied with this lap[top as it fulfills all my needs without any lag or issues.this product is lower in price according to its brand and is totally worth every penny.i have not used service but hp support is great as it gives update in every month which makes laptop smooth.
