Hi guys . I use this laptop since August 2013 and after using this . I face many problem such as DVD reader , window recovery , battery back up but during warranty time it is good but after a year . The battery is not working good . And if I talking about body parts then I give it Oly one star because . The build quality is not good. Rubber inside of screen left from body and led open close corner is also break. if I talking about performance then after 3 years it is working like new system and work rapidly on any task.till this date I use genuine window
