I have bought HP Pavilion 15-e005tu in 2013. This was my first i5 laptop, after using a month, suddenly my laptop screen went off.
I call to customer care, Approximately after 4 days they visited my home and checked my laptop, After checking it he told me that the motherboard is burnt out. It will take approx 15 days because they had to import it. After 15 days they fixed my laptop.
But same problem came again and again so in 1 year they changed 6 times that motherboard. I used laptop for 6 month only and rest of 6 month it was in service center. It was very disappointing for me to use this brand. Finally my friend told me to complaint this issue in consumer forum, I did the same. approx 6 month forum’s results was in my favor. that was, Company have to refund full laptop money. But 3 years gone, still they did not refund my money, and also kept my laptop.
