I am using Hp pavilion X360 since last year 2017 I think it’s an decent laptop because sometimes it may lag and you can’t control it and then you have to force shutdown your PC and then restart
As I am a regular user of my laptop it is user friendly and very easy to use it comes with latest windows 10 home . I have upgraded the version of windows from windows 10 home to windows 10 pro that I think windows 10 pro is more compatible.
I am quite satisfied and reliable with my laptop most of the task which takes much time like rendering and opening of an application .
I bought my laptop for like Rs. 45000 that is around$700 . As I think it is a value for money.
If I talk about service & support the service is good and the supervisors of the hp service center are working well and supporting me.
