I have been using this HP laptop for a while now but because of some techinical issue the mother board crashed.I was affraid as it was brand new laptop and hence contacted the customer care of HP they handle my problem very well.The engineer visited my place to look into the matter.Within three days my laptop’s motherboard got changed as it was new and in warranty hence no cost.Overall the experience is great.Keys are good, sound is great better than my last laptop.Having fun.Configuration and others details can be checked anywhere, its the honest experience and review which one can not read everywhere.Product is worth its every penny.wish you best wishes and encourage everyone to get the product.
