I am using Hp dv2000 laptop for past one years but after using it for the period of 6 month numerous problems r occurring like blank page, internet explorer, etc. The list goes on.
In the matter of looks we can rate it # 2 but in terms of performane # 10 and in terms of service it does not stand n the list.
Till date none of the representatative or any one else has called me for the service support.They didnt even botherd to call and ask atleast about the performance of the m/c.So its my personal request to everyone.
NEVER BUY HP LAPTOPS. GO FOR HCL MAKE LAPTOP.
They are good enough to give a prompt service for it. So I will shout loudly NO to hp laptop. its a laptop which will fall on ur lap n you wont be able to do anything else.
