I purchased a HP PAVILION LAPTOP . HP announced a gift voucher of rs.10000 with the warranty of two years which was to be redeemed from the site https://hp.co.in/hpstudentoffer. I redeemed a Pen Drive and One laptop bag along with three years additional onsite warranty. I redeemed the gift voucher and sent the necessary documents to the given address. HP stated that we would receive extended warranty within one month your website page https://redemptionsupport.com/HelpDesk.aspx not working. they asked Demand Draft/Cheque of required amount of Rs. 2982/- within the next 7 days, in order to process the claim but at the time of registration it was 0. I went many times in okhla office. Very poor support. Till date nothing happened. I did not receive warranty of 2 year
I am totally disappointed with HP. They have no true customer relations and couldn’t care less about the consumer
