First thing... if you are planning to buy a notebook...please go for a product who offer onsite service warranty...because the service offered by HP is just to mislead the customer. Nobody will come to your house to diagnosis the notebook.
But we have to call the support team to explain or reach them by email. Both case wont work if you dont know the actual cause of the issue. sometimes the actual issue will be diverted and you will end up with a wrong solution over email or call.
I am facing this problem for the last 2 months. my laptop is a high end one and does not support HDMI connection, MIC, touchpad, getting overhead issues... unable to connect to internet via wireless.....despite these complaints, HP did not bothered to send a engineer to my house, still I am following them with email support.....none of the above mentioned complaints gets solved. My sincere request to everyone is not to take a chance in any of the HP product.
