This is actually about all HP Pavilion laptops powered by AMD. I use HP Pavilion DV5 1106 AX which has AMD 2.0 GHz CPU.
I found it very good as the way it performs. AMD CPUs have high throughput, they work really well with high-end graphics when shiped with ATI Radeon Graphics cards.
I am fond of computer games, I tried some of them on my lappi and they work excellent as expected!! This particular series of laptops have balanced configuration -
RAM - 3GB+
HDD - 250GB+
Graphics - ATI Radeon 512MB+(Dedicated)
OS - Vista Basic/Premium..
Web cam, Altec Lancing spks, Bluetooth, Wi-fi..
HP Utitlities(Softwares)
Well equipped with accessories
HP has a huge database of ’Device Drivers’, which are available on its site for every model.
Over-Heating is a minor issue as compared to other models. But it doesnt affect the performance that it delivers.
In short - This is a Value for Money product.
