This laptop has very low storage with only 2GB RAM and that is not enough for gaming and all other stuff . The main problem with this is screen issue and heating issue . Laptop sometimes took 1 hour to get started and after getting switched on too doesn’t respond well . Some of the keys of these laptops don’t work . Sound quality is also too bad . Speakers are too slow that even if I try to listen music or anything else without earphones I don’t even understand one word . Performance is also not too good . Laptop is not user friendly, its difficult for new user to handle it . Cheap quality and for some issues I went to hp service center and they replace one two parts and charged me a lot .
