Although it is good on the basis of user friendly, but this product is really a bad one from hp. they have good branding, but I don’t know ehy they they have done these type of glitches in their work. I have my hp pavilion g6 which is justpurchased before 6 months. and now I am vry much worried about it. I am doing the normal stuff on the laptop and its pretending such that I am doing huge processing. the fan started sounding loud. it is not good at value for money.support is average.
