I had bought this laptop from an authorised HP shop in Singapore, its a i7 with 4gb ram. Recently I upgraded it to Windows 10, since I upgraded it, the fan is running in full speed, and now as I type, my rest pad is so warm, I cud make an omelette on it.
I have done all the trouble shooting possible, and finally realise that its because HP has not upgraded certain drivers to make the machine compatible with Windows 10.
Now, this is very unprofessional. If you guys had an issue with Microsoft, then why did you pre-install a Windows, when I bought it from you?
So, basically, I am suffering because I am a HP customer. And Look at the after sales service. Now when I want to approach the online trouble shooting from HP, it says that my warranty has expired. So basically what I understand is, till your warranty, they will take care, and after that, they dont know you, unless you extend your warranty.
Its something like, you make a hardware, sell it to innocent customers, and then forget about UPGRADING. So I caution all who are buying HP Products, when u buy, yes sure you will be happy for sometime, but they are unreliable.
