It is very nice product to use for students as my son using this for the study and for making programme as he is computer science student he thanks me to purchase such a nice product now its p resentation in the class and in the events he can manage very exceptional way its internal memory and the game console gives full satisfaction as this is a hp product we may be give full points to this. but as far consumer service is concern I was not aware of its accidental insurance which could not be elaborate from the outlet from where I have purchased so whenever you are going to purchase any hp product you should have to know about its durability and insurance cover of every parts which you can be warranty / gurantee proof.
