Hay guys I brought this laptop 1 year back and I faced so many problem with this HP Pavilion HDX 18 leptop it was working smoothly till 7 months but after that it had been little slow and battery was getting low in 1 hour which was the major problem in this laptop so I directly reached to customer care any told about this kind of problem they told me to increase your RAM I dont that but afterthat I again faced the same problem so then again I called to customer care and told about the same problem so event they also didn’t know what was the problem in that and they couldn’t proper response.i waste my money only for buy this I am not satisfied with it and no value of my hard money.
