it is a intel core i5 7200u processor, 12GB ram and 1TB hard drive, windows 10. I never found hanging & heating problem in this pc.
Battery backup upto 3.6 hours and the power supply of laptop is 65 watt, it is very nice. I found satisfaction in it.
Price of this laptop is 44300 on online sites. it is perfect as like its price value.
service is really good, workers of hp brand is so active and fast. so Services and support is so excellent .
