Hello guys, HP laptops or notebooks come in very different styles but this company does not give products in gunuine rates.The Hp products are very costly with less specifications.I recently buy an Hp laptop for one of my friend costing 32000 with 4gb Ram, i3 processor and only 500gb hard disk.This is not fair for the customers who are going to buy the laptops of this company.
Also the service of Hp is not good as I have seen it.I also have an Hp notebook which I buy 1 year ago and I came across a defect on the hinge and camera and I had to coll the Hp service centre about 50 times and the they sent an engineer after 2 months.That engineer also was not qualified as he was not able to satisfy me in repairing my laptop.He then took another 2 months for the hinge to repair.I am very disappointed with the way Hp provides service to their customers.
