Hello friends .i baught this laptop some time ago.then after some times it starts arises probem .I called HP support service in order to manage exchange of my laptop hard drive that is not working. It took several days to finally get someone alive on the phone number 1-800-474-6836.
Then it took 45 minutes to explain and get to the conclusion and directions how to get my hard drive repaired/exchanged. The worst possible customer support I’ve ever had. I hate HP now!
