I purchased a high end lap top from HP about 2 weeks ago and the hard disk has crashed. The call center says a service engineer will come and service or replace it, the service center says that have no case registered.
HP sends me a escalation matrix where the people dont respond, it has the service centre head name Suresh Babu but of no use as there is no progress on the issue.
Also my lap top is on an extended 3 year warranty
